Dead Week Dead Adam

So, fellow students of Ohio Northern University, we have reached the infamous point in the semester: Dead Week. As someone in the humanities, it seems that Dead Week has a lot more work and things to be done than most of my finals. In fact, if I'm recalling correctly, I've only had two in class finals my first year, where the rest of my classes are comprised mostly of papers. Some of these papers are excruciating (like a ten page paper for epistemology that examines W.K. Clifford's The Ethics of Belief and William James' A Will To Believe) where others aren't too bad (a brochure for a themed trip for art history, I choose to do mine on mosaics, traveling from Spain to Italy to Turkey).

While I'm complaining for a blog instead of creating meaningful content, let me say that I am exhausted from my big city trip to see Khruangbin, which you can check out my fantastic blog here, and that I was easily up until 5 a.m. doing things that do not have a home on this family-friendly blog.

Throughout the rest of the week, I will be prepping for the two finals I have in class. The worst part I think about my finals aren't the actual finals but rather the fact I have to stick around until Friday. Although I wish I could say that I would effectively and wisely use my time, I'm sure I'll sleep in for far too long on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Good luck during the end of the semester and remember, no matter what happens, everything will be over by December 15.
